Resort Overview
Located on the northern Oregon coast, Gearhart By The Sea was rebuilt in 2000 after a fire destroyed the resort's original building. Gearhart By The Sea offers guests six types of condominiums, including the Clubhouse, Gearhart Greens, Gearhart House, Pacific Pallisades, Pacific Terrace and Pacific View. As many as six beds are available for larger groups.
Business and groups wishing to hold their business or family events at Gearhart By The Sea will do so in the resort's 180-person capacity meeting and event space, which is ideal for company outings, weddings, retirements and holiday parties.
Guest at Gearhart By The Sea can dine at MeMenamin's San Trap Bar & Grill after playing a round at the Gearhart Golf Links, an 18-hole championship-style course on the water.
