For more than 15 years golfers have played on the Sandbar off Baie Comeau's coast in the Saint Lawrence River. When the tide is out, the sandbar left behind is used as a golf course. Featured on CBC radio, CBC television, Radio Canada Televison, the Sandbar has a long history of excellent golf. An unforgettable round can be played here, and many travel significant distances to play here, for the golf, the scenery and friends. Warm sand, an abundance of marine life, some cold beer, what better way to spend a warm summer afternoon. Just remember, keep your eye on the incoming tide.
