Bighorn Golf & Country Club
About
Carved out of the sunny benchlands at the base of Mounts Peter and Paul, Bighorn Golf & Country Club (formerly known as Sun Rivers Golf Resort) is one of the few “true” desert courses in Canada. Designed by celebrated golf course architect Graham Cooke and Wayne Carleton, Bighorn is the essence of exceptional golf; offering dramatic elevation changes, sagebrush, natural sand dunes, classic bunkering, wide bentgrass fairways, gently contoured greens and majestic vista

Bighorn Golf
Great challenging course. Has 7 holes with blind greens to keep you guessing. Nice terrain changes and excellent views.
Bighorn
Love the course, it has a great layout and views.
The bunkers do need fresh sand as many were crusty and hard pan. The fairway grass could also use some TLC as there are many summer bare spots already. The greens had just been pinned and sanded, but we’re still rolling very true and will be great after watering! All and all still great value!!
course
nice course greens were punched and sanded but still in good shape
Love this course
This course is awesome just too bad they're range got washed out
Nice course. Sand traps had much in the way of stones making play difficult
Average course
They gave me a cart without GPS, not very nice from them specially if is your first time playing here, course need more maintenance
Decent course, good prices
It’s an ok course, conditions weren’t great mostly due to a week long heatwave Staff are friendly and pace of play is a bit slow because the course is always busy. The design of the course is a bit gimmicky IMO as there are way too many blind shots and walking isn’t possible. And … no driving range. For the Hotdeals price it was good but I would not play at full cost
Blind shots!
Happy to have been paired up with members or if wdve been really frustrating. Blind shots on half the holes.
Greens nice and fast.
Great value
Definitely the best value in the Kamloops area. Good test of golf and the greens are tough but fair. I would definitely recommend it!
Rocky start
The sand traps are full of rocks and there seems to be a lot of maintenance happening over all over the course.
Otherwise greens are in good shape course is always fun
Value
Best bang for the buck in greater Kamloops. A couple funky holes but a true test. Definitely a thumbs up!
