Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort

On 600 acres in Wisconsin Dells, Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort, under the umbrella of Wilderness Territory, is America’s largest waterpark resort with a half million square feet of indoor and outdoor waterworks. The area is stuffed with places to stay, eat and shop and frolic in the water outdoors or indoors (where it’s 88 degrees year round). Accommodations run the gamut, with 595 units ranging from hotel rooms at the Wilderness Hotel to Wilderness Villas & Condos, Glacier Canyon Lodge, Wilderness Cabins to Wilderness on the Lake.

There are five restaurants from family style, Italian, a steakhouse to pubs. The resort's Wild Rock Golf Club, affectionately known as "The Rock," was designed by Mike Hurdzan and spreads over a variety of terrain, from woods, to streams to the signature rock outcroppings of Wisconsin Dells. It landed on the 2010 "best new courses" list by Golf Digest.
