The Brute is unique in that it is 30% larger than most golf courses. It is 7,258 yards long, has some of the largest greens (more than 8,000 square feet) in the world, and has fairways that are twice the average width. Even more incredible are the radical changes in elevation; every tee is elevated for a spectacular view of the breathtaking southeastern Wisconsin landscape.

Grand Geneva Resort spent millions to transform the former Briar Patch golf course into a world-class golf retreat. Renamed The Highlands, this course features new greens, new tees, friendlier fairways and a state-of-the art irrigation system. Set amidst the breathtaking beauty of a rolling, naturally grassed terrain, the par-71 Highlands has a slope rating of approximately 130 and offers a degree of resistance from the back tees. Tough birdies will test even the most avid golfer, while the easy bogies will entice the occasional player.

Ristorante Brissago is named for a town on Lake Maggiore in the Italian-Swiss lake country. The food is traditional Italian, augmented with regional specialties and contemporary Italian creations, along with an evolving wine list.

Reminiscent of the great steak houses of Lake Geneva's past, the Newport Grill features hearty, opulent fare. Enjoy a spectacular view and watch the finest steaks, chops and seafood in the Midwest being grilled over the fires of the open exhibition kitchen. The varied menu reflects the traditions of America's heartland and features a wide variety of snacks, sandwiches, buffets and entrees. Fresh fruits, pastries and omelettes made-to-order are available for breakfast. Lunch includes a variety of salads, sandwiches and burgers. Dinners feature an array of entrees and decadent desserts.
