Rising from the lakeshore and into the hills surrounding the resort compound, the championship 18-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course is predicted to be one of the most challenging in West Virginia. From the championship, or back tees, the course measures 7,149 yards with a United States Golf Association (USGA) Course Rating of 74.6 and a Slope Rating of 142. However, with six tee placements, golfers will be able to choose their desired level of difficulty. The golf clubhouse, perched atop the highest point of the resort, offers breathtaking views of the lake and valley below.
