Resort Overview

Among Richmond's finest hotels and conference centers, Virginia Crossings Resort combines elegant accommodations, outstanding restaurants, golf and leisure activities with technologically advanced meeting facilities to be one of the premier full-service resorts in the region. Featuring beautifully appointed guest rooms and luxury suites surrounded by 20 lushly landscaped acres, this is the perfect retreat for family vacations and special occasions.

Golf Overview

Located in the midst of American Civil War battlefields, The Crossings Golf Club in Richmond, Virginia is a Joe Lee designed 18 hole championship layout. A "must play" in the central Virginia area, The Crossings is an easy drive from the Washington D.C. area and a great place for travelers to stop along I-95.

This Joe Lee designed layout makes optimal use of the natural landscape in what was once known as the Halfe Sink area. The Crossings features rolling fairways that are bordered by dense forest and strategically placed bunkers. The front nine offers several holes that begin with an elevated tee shot to the landing area below. The Crossings has held various events such as qualifying for the U.S. Publinks Championship, Nike Tour qualifying, and is the first choice to over 100 corporate outings each year.

Dining

Virginia Crossings Resort Dining

The Glen Restaurant

The Glen Restaurant's warm décor and impressive fireplace create a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy our delicious seasonal fare. At the Glen Restaurant, we put fresh quality first to assure the finest dining experience for our guests. When possible, we use goods from local merchants to assure the highest quality.

The Glen Restaurant also features an outdoor terrace, open seasonally, with sweeping views of the landscaped acres surrounding the resort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily.

The Yellow Tavern and Grill

The Yellow Tavern and Grill offers a relaxing pub setting to linger over drinks and casual fare and play a friendly game of billiards. The Tavern is named to commemorate the area's rich Civil War history. (In the battle of Yellow Tavern, fought nearby in May, 1864, Confederate cavalry leader Major General J.E.B. Stuart was mortally wounded.)

When you hold a conference in one of the country’s top 10 cities for business, it’s only appropriate to hold it in the city’s top conference resort.
