The Homestead Resort in Utah offers guests 94 large guest rooms in 19 unique buildings. Among the room choices include: suites, executive rooms, condos and homes. There are 27 suites and executive rooms at the Homestead Resort, each with sitting areas, sofa sleepers, gas fireplaces, mini refrigerators and more. Most rooms at the Homestead Resort include patios and private entrances.

The Homestead Resort is also a destination for meetings, conferences and other events. Guests can hold their events amongst 13,000 square feet of space, accommodating up to 300 people. A total of 13 rooms provide the flexibility needed for any type of event.

Guests of Homestead Resort can choose between two primary dining options: Fanny's Grill and Simon's Restaurant. Fanny's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serve steaks, pasta, seafood and salads. Simon's has a brunch buffet and a special prime rib.
