The Homestead's landmark mineral hot springs crater was the resort's main attraction over 100 years ago. From its humble beginnings, the Homestead has grown in size and reputation to establish itself as a gracious, world-class resort featuring a championship golf course, 12,000 square feet of flexible conference space, 142 luxurious accommodations, fine dining and an array of activities to keep your entire group entertained.

Bruce Summerhays, Senior PGA Tour pro, designed our beautiful and challenging 18-hole golf course. It is the only golf course in Utah owned by and affiliated with a lodging resort. The front nine offers fantastic views of the Heber Valley and surrounding mountains. The back nine meanders through the picturesque Snake Creek Valley. The views and two distinct types of terrain make for a memorable and exciting golf outing

Serving dinner Wednesday thru Saturday and Sunday brunch, Simon's Restaurant offers regional specialties, steaks and seafood. In a warm and inviting atmosphere you will be served by an attentive staff. No matter what you order, every meal at Simon's is special.

And who says that you can't have any fun in Utah. Simon's Pub is a great place to wind down and share the day's adventures with each other. The pub and restaurant offer full beverage service.

For a more casual, country setting, a hearty meal and great hospitality, Fanny's Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Whether you dine inside or out on the sun deck overlooking the golf course, you'll enjoy a wide array of American comfort food, great house specialties and special desserts

The historic Virginia House at the Homestead Resort has recently been renovated, offering a changing room, seven treatment rooms and relaxation and retail areas in a warm and unpretentious atmosphere.

Everything here facilitates success. Meeting rooms have great window views of the picturesque Homestead grounds and surrounding areas. When your conference group needs to split up into smaller groups, that can be accommodated in style. We even have meeting rooms with fireplaces that provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere for informal gatherings.

Our Golf Pavilion, with mountain and golf course views and the large canopied Garden Patio are the perfect setting for banquets and award ceremonies. Most of all, the staff makes every guest feel like the VIP they are when they stay at the Homestead
