Daufuskie Island Resort & Spa, a management property of Tiburon Hospitality Management LLC, is located on historic Daufuskie Island one mile off the coast of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and is only accessible via one of the resort's private luxury passenger ferries.

The resort features 190 rooms including elegant Inn rooms, as well as two- and four-bedroom marsh and ocean view cottages; four restaurants and lounges providing fine and casual dining experiences; the Island House, a 16,000-square-foot state-of-the-art executive conference center for groups of up to 300; two championship golf courses; three swimming pools and Beach Club; extensive water sport activities; three miles of white sand, pristine beach; an equestrian center; a state-of-the-art Stan Smith-designed tennis center; supervised children's programs; as well as numerous additional recreational activities and amenities.

Bloody Point and Melrose Golf Courses are Daufuskie Island's two 18-hole championship courses, offering challenging golf for all skill levels. Golf club rentals are available through the pro shops. Golf clinics highlighting different points of the game are offered. Our golf professionals are also available by appointment for private lessons.

Daufuskie Island Resort & Spa is now home to the Don Trahan Golf Academy. Don Trahan, nicknamed "The Swing Surgeon", or "The Surge", for the way he can "take apart a golf swing and put it back together without leaving a scar", is one of the country's most renowned golf instructors.
