Dining
The Inn of the Seventh Mountain has a new restaurant, which features the culinary creations of award-winning chef Christopher Berning. Named the Gray Hawk Grill, the restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With the help of local suppliers, ranchers and growers, the Gray Hawk Grills menu captures the essence of the Pacific Northwest, with great steaks and seafood, prepared in ways that will excite even the most refined palate. Come and enjoy dishes such as the delicious smoked salmon and crab tower with horseradish crème fraiche and baby greens, or sautéed shrimp and scallops in vermouth and herb cream sauce served in a pastry shell.
At the Inn, youll also find the Mountain Market and Deli, located poolside, wherein you can grab sandwiches and snacks, and any sundries you may need to get you through a strenuous day of lounging by the water.
