Big Meadow Golf Course is one of the most picturesque golf courses in the Northwest, stretching 6,870 yards through beautiful ponderosa pines with the most striking views in all of Central Oregon. Host to numerous championships, Big Meadow provides a challenging and enjoyable layout for all levels of golfers.

Black Butte Ranch is proud to feature Big Meadow as one of the Tournament Courses in the Pacific Amateur Golf Classic, a showcase of the finest of Central Oregon's golf courses and some of the nation's best amateur players.

Designed by Gene "Bunny" Mason, one of the Pacific Northwest's most popular architects, Glaze Meadow Golf Course, opened in 1979. Known for its tree-lined fairways and doglegs, Glaze Meadow puts an emphasis on accurate shot-making abilities.

The setting for the Lodge Restaurant at Black Butte Ranch is casually elegant, with one-of-a-kind views of the surrounding mountains and lake. It's setting is matched with great food and an award-winning wine list. Our new chef, Jerry Phaisavath merges French cuisine with Northwest flavors with wonderful results.

The new Restaurant at the Big Meadow Clubhouse is a family-friendly setting with beautiful mountain views and delicious Italian cuisine. It is open full-time seasonally, and for special events during the rest of the year. Chef David Berger and the staff welcome you to "experience the extraordinary" at the Big Meadow Clubhouse.

The Lakeside Bistro has been refurbished with a classic Italian/French motif. The new menu emphasis is Country Style Western Bar-B-Q, with Northwest favorites like Chicken breast, prime beef burgers, polish sausage, all beef hot dogs, salmon, steaks, ribs, and more. They will be offering evening specials as the summer progresses with an emphasis on specialty themes. Themes will vary from old west “chuck wagon” style Bar-B-Q’s with all the trimmings to delicacies like prime beef steaks, ribs and salmon.

We believe our signature lunchtime menu choice will be our 1/3lb. Bar-B-Q burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, special sauce, dill pickle spear, Bar-B-Q baked beans, sour cream potato salad & kettle chips or our ½ lb. “Monster Burger” with all the same trimmings.

We are also very pleased to announce that we will be offering 12 flavors of hard ice cream and old fashion hard ice cream shakes at the Lakeside Bistro.
