Resort Overview
The Avalon Inn and Resort features 144 luxurious colonial-style guest rooms. Deep stained cherry furnishings are accented with soft muted interiors. Brass and pewter fixtures accentuate the newly renovated lodgings. Our lobby is a highlight of the hotel's decor with an inviting spot to play cards or read next to a warm fire. OPUS twenty one has been the most unique dining experience in the Valley since its debut in July 2000 and with good reason: General Manager Serdar Dede and his handpicked team are producing fresh, magnificent, seasonal food that is creatively presented. OPUS twenty one offers an exquisite, eclectic and creative cuisine to a relaxed yet artfully cosmopolitan setting - with service that combines warmth and competence.
Located next door to the Avalon, OPUS twenty one is the perfect destination for those wanting to dine to the light sounds of live piano or to enjoy the nightlife in the OPUS twenty one lounge, which features an extensive wine, martini, cocktail and dessert menu.
The menu is modern American cuisine that incorporates the freshest multi-cultural ingredients deliciously paired and served with a twist. OPUS twenty one has recently introduced its Fall Menu which includes such signature selections as Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops, Filet and Portobello Tower , Chicken Frangelica, Smoked Salmon Stuffed Trout and Grilled Filet of Beef. Ristorante Allora
Ristorante Allora, which has replaced the former Tall Oaks restaurant located within the Avalon, is a 90-seat restaurant uniquely designed for comfort with creativity, featuring an extensive menu of Italian fare for the entire family. Effective December 1, 2003 regional favorite Jimmy Chieffo joined the culinary team at Ristorante Allora – making the Avalon Inn & Resort a dining destination for many.
The menu's emphasis remains Italian cuisine, but also offers a variety of magnificent American entrees. The flavoring, featuring a variety of Italian herbs and spices, enhance the chef's house made features – which have been perfected over the years. With signature dishes such as Shrimp Diavolo, Beef Cacciatore (Hunter's Style), Veal Porcini, Charred Rib Steak, Clam Linguine, Jimmy's Gourmet Salad and the freshest seafood there is something for everyone. Italian food with a twist - that is Ristorante Allora.

Located directly off of Ristorante Allora, the Lobby Lounge features subtle lighting effects, to highlight its comfortable setting. Unwind next to the fireplace for an intimate atmosphere. The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for that after-work social cocktail, a celebratory drink after a day on the Avalon Lakes golf course or just an evening out with friends.
An extensive wine list and an assortment of liqueurs and after-dinner cocktails compliment our full-service bar menu - which features a black angus burger, caesar salad with grilled chicken, garden pizza, portobello panini and much more. Whether you feel like a drink only, or appetizers or an entrée from our Ristorante Allora room menu, our friendly Lobby Lounge staff will welcome you.
