Angel Fire Resort

Located on the second floor of the Angel Fire Resort Hotel, this southwestern themed restaurant is Angel Fire's only full service buffet, featuring two large buffets daily. The hearty breakfast lover will find their needs met here. While closed for lunch, the dinner buffet will certainly win you over with it's western fare. Beginning with homemade chicken fried steak, fried catfish, plus BBQ brisket, many summer vegetables right off the farm and more. A bar menu is also available which features New Mexico quesadillas and the Branding Iron burger.

Open to the public. The club plans on many dining adventures that are pleasing to the palate and entertaining as well. Shuttle service is available for all hotel and condominium guests. Please join us for the spectacular evening sunsets and try out our fabulous new wines.

Looking for a place to unwind? Jasper's serves a wide variety of appetizers, burgers, pizza, cocktails, wine and domestic and imported beers. Manager, Pride Jager is creating a menu of food and drink specials for you to enjoy every night of the week. It's just the place to stop for a light dinner & a nightcap. With its large screen television, and several others throughout the bar, Jaspers is also the place to catch all of your favorite sporting events. Jasper's has a pool table and a fuseball table and will feature occasional live music.

We are proud to say chef John Reisser has put his culinary talents to the test and the results are magnificent. Aldo's features both indoor and outdoor dining. Try out the Chianti on the tables and don't forget to order the smoked salmon. A full service bar is also available. Aldo's is the place to see and be seen.
