This Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed course challenges your game in an artfully designed setting featuring natural lakes, murmuring springs and mature cottonwood trees. The 7,140-yard course employs multiple tees and A-4 bent grass greens with more than 100 bunkers to create a memorable day of golf. The Lakes Course is served by the award winning Golf Shop at Red Hawk, providing the best in equipment and clothing in a warm ambiance with uncompromising service. Other amenities include a Hale Irwin signature putting course, a full practice range with chipping and pitching stations, practice bunkers and a meticulously manicured 10,000 square foot practice green. Individual and group lessons are available from our award winning PGA staff.

Three-Time U.S. Open Champion Hale Irwin was instrumental in bringing soul and purpose to his signature Hills Course design, the centerpiece for the Private Club at Red Hawk. The Hills Course is known for its small greens, dramatic elevation changes and deep penalizing bunkers filled with “Augusta” white crushed marble. The undulating fairways and big sky views take in all of the Spanish Springs Valley and the surrounding mountains. Incorporating aspects of what was once a working ranch, and bringing water into the picture, Hale has created a course that brings every club out of the bag and into play. The dramatic transformation has turned the Pah Rah foothills of Wingfield Springs into a golfers’ paradise.

Guests at David's Grill - recently renamed from Freddie's Roost to honor Red Hawk's departed chairman, David Loeb - are often astounded by the impressive collection of vintage and modern sports memorabilia, which serves as inspiration for conversations or as a welcome distraction from a dismal scorecard. Another attraction and centerpiece of the restaurant is the 100-square-foot multiscreen video wall.
