Good food, good wine, and good service is what "Rosemary´s at The Rio" and Chefs Michael & Wendy Jordan are all about. Their first restaurant "Rosemary´s Restaurant," opened in early May of 1999 and has won numerous awards including "Best Gourmet Restaurant" by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The cuisine at Rosemary´s at The Rio is based on the freshest, locally grown ingredients available, cooked in a simple and creative style. Enjoy starters like Hugo´s Texas BBQ Shrimp, made with Maytag blue cheese coleslaw and shaved green onions, along with several delicious pizzas, Southern Crab Cakes and Green Curry Manila Clams.

Fiore Steakhouse has been awarded AAA's distinguished Diamond Service Award and the "Award of Excellence" from the Distinguished Restaurants of North America (DiRona), an honor known as the "Oscar" of the food industry. Fiore is also on the top 40 lists for both food and service categories of the 2003 Zagat Survey for Las Vegas Restaurants.

Hamada's Asiana combines Japanese Teppanyaki exhibition table-side cooking, with fresh sushi, and an exotic menu featuring traditional Japanese and popular Chinese dishes.
Favorites such as sushi, sashimi, steaks, teriyaki, tempura, shabu shabu, sukiyaki, yakitori, beef and broccoli, clams with black bean sauce, and chow mein, are served in a choice of locations including the dining room, teppanyaki room, cocktail lounge, or while sitting at the sushi bar.
