The Preserve Golf Course continues the great golfing tradition at Grand View Lodge. From its opening in August, 1996, The Preserve has quickly become another favorite in the Lakes Area. Voted 4 1/2 stars by GOLF DIGEST and Silver Metal Resort status by GOLF MAGAZINE.

The 18-hole, par 72 Preserve course is built on 240 acres, offering a unique and challenging experience with bent grass greens, tees and fairways, 11 elevated tees, 36 sand traps and 40 acres of wetland, the course features 11 downhill tee shots and 75 feet of change in elevation. The view from the clubhouse has been named "The Best Golf View in Minnesota" by Gregg Wong, golf writer the St. Paul Pioneer Press.
