Founded in 1930, Riverwood Resort in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, has grown from a small, nine-hole golf course into a renowned resort. It now features 27 championship holes, a spacious clubhouse, a 24-lane bowling alley and gourmet food. The resort features eight deluxe villas overlooking the fairways. Each villa at Riverwood Resort features two bedrooms and a full kitchen.
When not chowing down or playing 18, venture into Mt. Pleasant, home of Central Michigan University.
