Resort Overview

Sebasco Harbor Resort has 115 rooms and three distinctive types of accommodations. The rooms in our classic Main Lodge have views of the lake, golf course, or gardens. An oceanside room in our unique Lighthouse looks across Casco Bay to the lights of Portland. Cottages are pleasantly located throughout the resort grounds and have views of the water, woods, or gardens.

Golf Overview

Sebasco's picturesque championship golf course was fully redesigned in 2001. The challenging layout along Casco Bay and our bent grass fairways ensure an outstanding golf experience. A variety of tee locations allow each golfer to match the challenge of the course to their skill level.

Course highlights include the 145 yard, Par 3 second hole, where your approach may differ at low or high tide. Our new 510 yard, Par 5 finishing hole challenges golfers of all levels.

The Lake Course is ideal for busy individuals who wish to play a quick round of golf or families with children. This three hole, regulation length par three course is great for beginners as well. Our Golf Pro, Lew Kingsbury, is available for individual lessons and group clinics. You may even be able to enjoy some Moonlight Golf if your visit to our resort occurs during the right phase of the moon.

Dining

A visit to Sebasco Harbor Resort will give you the opportunity to enjoy many different dining experiences during the summer months. Our location on Casco Bay provides the perfect location for our Traditional Maine Lobsterbakes. On Saturday night you and your family can enjoy a steak and salmon bake in the historic Clipper while taking Contra dancing breaks with our staff. After dinner, stop by the Ice Cream Shoppe, and have a sundae, frappe, or double scoop cone. The Maine Blueberry Pancake Breakfast held every Sunday on the Pool Lawn is sure to please you.

Our award winning Chef, Thomas McBreen, oversees Sebasco's three restaurants, all offering items which you expect to be served at an oceanside resort in Maine.

The Pilot House

Enjoy the freshest of local ingredients and creative daily specials while viewing the spectacular sunsets over Casco Bay. Floor to ceiling windows and creative use of space gives each guest a water view. Dine on innovative bistro fare accompanied by a glass of wine from our extensive selection.

MAP dinner meals in The Pilot House include salad, entrée, dessert and coffee or tea. Arrangements may be made in advance to create a private dining area for parties of 12 or more.

The Ledges

This is the perfect location for casual dining with a view. Enjoy the refreshing sea breezes and watch the boats in the harbor while enjoying traditional Maine fare like steamed lobster, fried seafood, char grilled burgers, or a bowl of chowder on our harborside patio. Your entire family will be able to relax in this friendly environment.

MAP dinner meals in The Ledges include soup or salad, entrée, dessert and coffee or tea.

The Cornelius Room

Gleaming hardwood floors and expansive views of the golf course and lake from the many windows provide a charming atmosphere for the diverse dining options offered during the summer months. Our Sunday Evening Grand Buffet, as well as other special theme nights, are available in the Cornelius Room, and are extremely popular. Buffet offerings change weekly, and you'll want to leave room for desserts like chocolate dipped strawberries and crème brulee.

Large family groups are well suited for the Cornelius Room as you will be seated together in your own section of the room.

Meetings

At Sebasco Harbor Resort your attendees will enjoy a peaceful setting to conduct business and socialize with their associates. Our location on Casco Bay, just one hour north of Portland, is convenient to points in Maine as well as throughout New England. Once they arrive, attendees will be able to focus on the business at hand with no concerns about difficult meeting logistics and transportation issues.

The Resort's oceanfront location affords a number of dining possibilities. From a classic Maine Lobster bake on the Pool Lawn, to a formal banquet, our Conference Sales Team and Executive Chef will work with you to identify the ideal location and design the perfect menu.

We provide three distinctive types of guest room accommodations. The rooms in our classic Main Lodge have views of the lake, golf course, or gardens. Cottages are pleasantly located throughout the resort grounds and have views of the water, woods, or gardens. An oceanside room in our Lighthouse provides dramatic views across the bay to the lights of Portland.

Our meeting rooms offer a range of options, both traditional and non-traditional. The Resort's largest function room, The Cornelius, has three sides of windows which offer views of both the golf course and lake. Groups up to 300 can be accommodated here for a banquet. The Main Deck offers classic meeting space and can be divided into two separate rooms, the Fore Deck and the Aft Deck. The Clipper and Main Lodge Card Room are unique spaces to hold informal meetings. We can help you identify outdoor locations for creative brainstorming and team building sessions.

There are many opportunities to relax and join in activities at Sebasco Harbor Resort. Located on 575 acres, our Resort offers recreational opportunities for everyone. Guests can stroll to our dock and take a scenic cruise on our boat, the Ruth, enjoy a relaxing massage at our Health Club, or bike the grounds. You can organize a golf tournament or, at the right phase of the moon, a night light golf outing, on our championship course. Sunrise and sunset kayaking excursions, as well as lessons, are available onsite from Seaspray Kayaking.

We offer a number of teambuilding activities and will work with you to create a program which will foster a sense of community for your meeting attendees. Our oceanside saltwater pool can be used for various activities, from a Polar Bear Dip to Duck Toss. Scavenger Hunts, Candlepin Bowling Tournaments, and golf challenges from putting with limes to driving beach balls can also be planned. Programs for spouses, guests and children can also be tailored to complement your agenda.
