Hawaiian rock walls remain where they were found, and natural gullies and stream beds are left intact.

A recipient of the Hale Aina award for "Best Hotel Restaurant on Maui", Prince Court feautures Contemporary Island Cuisine, which is a deliciously creative approach to Seafood, Steaks and Game. This upscale/casual restaurant's menu changes with the seasons, showcasing foods at their peak of freshness and flavor. Dishes such as Tempura Crusted Ahi with ginger butter, The Ultimate Game, which includes Lamb, Venison and Foie Gras, and the Tenderloin of Beef with Half Stuffed Kona Lobster is a sampling of what you will discover in Prince Court.
