The Veranda is nationally acclaimed as one of the top restaurants in the area, one of a handful that has advanced "New World" Cuisine. Time magazine has dubbed this cuisine "Miami's New Vice." Zagat's U. S. Hotel, Resort and Spa Survey has rated The Veranda "Miami's Best Gourmet Dining Experience." Overlooking the Country Club's promenade and pool gardens, The Veranda is Turnberry at its finest, accented by rich brocades, grand Oriental vases and fresh flowers. Chef Weisz selects the day's menu after consulting with the South Florida fishermen who sell him the best of their catch. In addition, Weisz has developed a network of backyard growers who provide tropical fruits and vegetables at their peak.

The Grill is a contemporary bistro overlooking the golf course featuring grilled and rotisserie meats, poultry and seafood. The exposed kitchen fills the restaurant with the delicious aromas of Provincial dishes such as "Skillet-Roasted Mussels with Chardonnay." The decor includes beautifully crafted dark wood moldings, black and white ceramic tile borders, bistro tables, and terra cotta floor tiles. Ideal for a bite before tennis or golf, or for a late-night snack.

The Signature is the newest addition to Turnberry offering Pacific-rim cuisine (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Californian). The Signature Restaurant offers exciting Pacific-rim cuisine in delightful indoor and breezy outdoor settings. With fresh sushi served at The Lounge, The Signature offers culinary Asian delights in a relaxed club atmosphere. The restaurant and lounge overlook Turnberry's famous golf courses.

The Club Lounge next to the Country Club lobby is an inviting setting with pale peach and alabaster furnishings, Carrera marble floors, plush Oriental rugs and fine oil paintings. Open for breakfast and through the afternoon, the Club Lounge is perfect for a specialty coffee from the cappuccino bar and serves an assortment of sandwiches, tropical fruit drinks, and European ice creams.

The Ocean Club Grill is an informal restaurant with indoor and outdoor patio dining at our private beach club on the Atlantic Ocean. The menu offers deli-style sandwiches, a fresh salad, and open-fire grilled items.
