The Biltmore Hotel is a National Historic Landmark property featuring luxury accommodations and 76,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Other highlights include an 18-hole, Donald Ross-designed championship golf course, 10 lighted tennis courts, newly renovated spa, full service fitness center, an array of fine restaurants and bars including the award-winning La Palme d’Or, private wine cellar club, and the largest hotel swimming pool in the continental United States. Located in the heart of Coral Gables, The Biltmore is a member of National Trust Historic Hotels of America.

An 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course designed by world renowned golf course architect Donald Ross, is adjacent to the hotel. Opened in 1925, the course provides preferred daily tee times for hotel guests and minimal charges for green fees. The latest state-of-the-art video training equipment is used for personal lessons. Full practice facility, private instruction, golf academy, equipment rentals and pro shop available. Corporate groups can organize tournaments and preferred group tee times through the hotel's Concierge.

The culinary team at The Biltmore is so respected and well known that they were recently invited to prepare a dinner as part of the Great Hotels of America series at the prestigious James Beard House in New York. Following such culinary stars as Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse and Charlie Trotter, the chefs were selected because of their "innovative wine program and top-rated cuisine," according to Len Pickell, president of the James Beard Foundation.
