Arnold Palmer created 18 beautiful, challenging holes at The Legends course and this 7,072-yard championship course offers five sets of tees to meet the skill level of every golfer. The Legends pays tribute to Palmer and to Kemmons Wilson, founder of Orange Lake and Holiday Inns®. Each of these 18 holes is named and features an inspirational, often humorous quote on the tee sign from one of these legendary men.

Since our inauguration in 1982, The Resort Course has hosted golfers from around the world, enhancing the vacation experience for countless Orange Lake owners and guests. Ranked one of the top 50 places to play in Florida by Golfweek magazine, The Resort Course demands precision and earns respect.

Designed by renowned golf course architect Joe Lee, this 6,500-yard golf course provides the perfect balance of strategy, power, finesse and fun. The course winds through woodlands of oak, cypress and pine, past marshlands, lakes and abundant wildlife, ensuring a rewarding round no matter what your score.

Featuring the Orange, Cypress and Lake Nines, The Resort Course boasts well-bunkered greens, tight fairways and water on two-thirds of its holes.

Legends Walk takes golfers back to the early days of the game as they walk their way around the links. Winding throughout The North Village, this spectacular 1,581-yard walking course is no ordinary pitch and putt, with holes ranging in length from 85 to 222 yards. The course is as beautiful as it is challenging with rolling fairways, rustic water features and pristine tee boxes and greens.

Arnold Palmer and Palmer Course Design Company strategically planned Legends Walk to challenge golfers of all ages and skill levels. By adding five sets of tees on each hole, golfers can match the course to their level of skill. This course may require every club in your golf bag for this balance of water, woods and sand. Legends Walk serves as a challenging round for experienced golfers or a great natural classroom for new golfers, and it's an affordable golf outing that families can experience together.

Located in our beautiful new Legends Clubhouse, Orange Lake’s newest restaurant provides a tranquil setting with gorgeous views and an intimate terrace overlooking the manicured greens of the Legends at Orange Lake golf course. Legacy Grille’s cosmopolitan décor, rich mahogany paneling and elegant bar create a relaxing ambience in which to enjoy an enticing selection of appetizers, mouth-watering entrees and scrumptious desserts. It’s open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Legacy Grille is also the spot where sports fans gather to watch college and NFL football together and other televised sports events.

Kemmons' Place offers the best combination of great food and family atmosphere. The restaurant offers all-you-can-eat buffets for both breakfast and lunch. In the evenings, we're now serving our bountiful Prime Rib buffet every night, by popular demand. The price of the all-you-can-eat buffets includes unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. The lounge at Kemmons' Place is also a great place to relax with friends and family.

Mama Mia, it's a pizzeria that serves ice cream. That's right, Paisan is the place to get pizza, pasta and banana splits. Choose from "make your own" and specialty pizzas, delicious deli sandwiches, homemade soups, spaghetti, or calzones, then, top it all off with an ice cream cone, shake or hot fudge sundae. Paisan offers a full-service dining experience, take-out and an ice cream counter. Coming in late and looking for something sweet? Try a piece of cheesecake and a cup of cappuccino or a selection of other specialty coffees.

When the 18th hole is complete, steer your cart straight for Mulligan's at The Resort Course! It's also the perfect place to stop off for a cold drink or a light meal as you're making your way back to your villa after a day by the pool or at the attractions. Mulligan's is famous for its New York Steak Sandwich—a flavor sensation with grilled steak, onions and Swiss cheese. In fact, you'll be delighted to discover that everything is a tasty treat at Mulligan's, including the grilled chicken sandwich and a variety of croissant sandwiches! When you're "between nines" on The Resort Course, stop by the outside window for a quick refreshment or a boxed lunch.
