Bluewater Bay Golf Resort is located in beautiful Northwest Florida, one mile east of Niceville, Florida, sitting on the north side of Choctawhatchee Bay. Our rental accommodations offer lodging on a nightly, weekly, and monthly basis, as well as golf packages that include golf and accommodations. Bluewater Bay's golf course has received ratings as the best in North Florida and also received the Golf Digest 4-Star rating.

The land comprising Bluewater Bay is approximately 2,500 acres and was acquired on January 1, 1976. The first 18 holes, designed by Tom Fazio and Jerry Pate, were opened in October 1981.
