Resort Overview

Experience the Park Hyatt, with its rough-hewn wood and sandstone interior, blends in with the picturesque surroundings yet imparts a feeling of old-world elegance. Numerous wall-sized fireplaces enhance cozy alcoves of overstuffed furnishings, tempting invitations to socialize and fantasize.

At night, the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek takes on a magical air, with horse-drawn carriages and sleighs in the winter, storytelling by firelight in the summer. All in all, an unbelievably romantic setting in an atmosphere of rustic warmth and unassuming affluence.

Golf Overview

Colorado has long been a destination for those who enjoy exciting activity in the great outdoors. A golf vacation at the Hyatt Regency Beaver Creek Resort is no exception. The Beaver Creek Golf Course is a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed 6,400-yard championship golf course set in the magnificent Beaver Creek Valley surrounded by the White River National Forest. As you play, you'll take in some unbelievable views of Beaver Creek Mountain and surrounding ranges. And a stream that meanders its way through the course enhances the beautiful scenery, while challenging your game.

Dining

At the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, dining adheres to three criteria: informal, delicious and fun.

McCoys Cafe

McCoy's Cafe: A skiers' cafeteria located at the base of Centennial lift is ideal for a quick breakfast or lunch. With live entertainment most afternoons, McCoy's is the Vail Valley's "roaringest" apres ski. Winter only.

Bivans

If family dining is a preference, the Park Hyatt offers Bivans, namesake to Stephen Bivans, on of the first settlers in the Vail Valley and owner of the original Avon General Store. Bivans features breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed, informal atmosphere where children can be themselves and adults are certain to find just the right choice. The outdoor dining terrace is engulfed by spectacular views and is open both winter and summer. In the winter, wooly blankets and heaters warm guests as temperatures dip, allowing them to enjoy the ideal vantage point for watching the skiers on the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain.

Vue

This year, the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa is pleased to introduce its newest culinary addition, Vue. This intimate French gourmet restaurant allows the European trained Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy to display his talent. Only 36 seats and complemented with lush banquettes, Vue, appropriate French for "view", provides a
storybook-like view of Beaver Creek Village and the winter/summer outdoor ice rink. Winter only.

Whiskey Elk

Those seeking the nightlife of Beaver Creek Resort need look no further. This high-energy lounge with lively entertainment serves small batch bourbons, single malt scotch, ports and wine by the glass. All fireside from the comfort of cozy, overstuffed sofas and chairs. Winter only.

Spa

There's something about Allegria Spa that sets it apart from all the others. It's an invitation to pampering in a haven of relaxation inspired by the ancient arts of Feng Shui. Allegria Spa has developed treatments and an overall decor to indulge the five senses and promote a sense of balance, energy and peace. Whether you're soaking in one of six outdoor whirlpools beneath a mountain waterfall, or surrendering to a wild mountain berry scrub, you'll understand why this resort and spa is winning accolades far and wide. You'll find fireplaces to warm you, and lots of little touches.

Meetings

The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, an architectural blend of rough-hewn wood and sandstone, presents rustic lodgings to complement the village ambiance. Knotty pine meeting rooms provide over 23,000 square feet of flexible space to graciously host a corporate gathering, regional conference or national convention. And a very capable and imaginative staff will assist in planning outdoor theme parties to take advantage of the magnificent countryside and numerous decks surrounding the hotel.
