Set amidst flowering cactus, breathtaking sunsets, and framed against the majestic McDowell Mountains lies the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort at Gainey Ranch, featuring a 2 and 1/2 acre "water playground" with 10 pools, sand beach and three-story water slide. A golfer's paradise in the Valley of the Sun. Against a backdrop of colorful mesas and towering saguaro cacti, 27 holes of championship golf grace the grounds of the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale. Designed by Benz & Poellot, the private Gainey Ranch Golf Club is exclusively available to Hyatt guests.

The longest of the three is the Arroyo course. Arroyo is Spanish for “Dry River,” and, true to its name, a natural desert wash runs throughout the Arroyo nine. The Dunes course is a forgiving desert-style layout lined with dense desert brush that gives new meaning to the expression “in the rough.” The Lakes course features dramatic holes, with a variety of water hazards that seem to get even more magnificent as you play your way through this challenging course. On a daily basis, two nines are linked together to build a different 18 hole experience.
