Stability of the body is key to improved golf swing

PGA Professional Charlie King says stability in your swing is the one weapon all golfers can't do without.

Most people take for granted that if your feet are planted, your arms can swing fast and through the ball. But a golf swing is no different than a baseball player's swing or a place kicker's kick: You need stability of body and resistance.

The video golf lesson includes two drills to practice that will reinforce the basics of a good swing. One video is for stability, and the other is for improving your forward swing.
