West Palm Beach Golf Course

West Palm Beach Golf Course is as old-school as Florida golf gets. Opened in 1921 and known for most of its life as West Palm Beach Country Club, it is also one of the most unusual courses in the Sunshine State in that it doesn't have any water.

That's right - not a drop of aqua on the whole course. Instead it's rolling terrain and some interesting lies. The course conditions are anything but great, but the price is right in a Palm Beach region full of ultra-exclusive clubs. PGA Tour types like it too - there's a weekly Friday game that frequently draws a few pros taking a break from Tour competition.
