The Mountain Course at Broadmoor resort in Colorado Springs opened in July 2006. It was designed by Jack Nicklaus' design firm. Nicklaus won his first national title and first major championship, the U.S. Amateur Championship, at The Broadmoor in 1959.
The Mountain Course is wonderfully scenic and playable, and was designed so it looks as if it has been a part of the property since 1918.
The renovated course plays at 7,700 yards and is a par 72. The Mountain features wide fairways and large greens with natural vista views.
