The Palm golf course at Disney World

Disney World's Palm golf course is located next door to the Magnolia, and both courses play host to a PGA Tour event in the Fall Series (now sponsored by Children's Miracle Network presented by Wal-Mart).

Amateurs on a Florida golf vacation will probably find the Palm to be a little easier than the Magnolia, which is used on the weekend for the tour event.

Shorter hitters will appreciate a track about 200 yards shorter from the white tees (6,400) compared to the Magnolia. But low handicappers shouldn't feel like the course is child's play for them, as its championship yardage is over 7,000 yards and a 73.8/138 slope/rating.

There are numerous of holes that can vie for the title of prettiest, like the par-3 16th hole, which plays from an elevated tee entirely over water - or the most difficult hole on the course, the par-4 sixth hole that features water all down the left side and in front of the green.
