“Legends Golf Inc. has entered into an agreement to license The Byron Nelson Collections Apparel line from The Byron Nelson Trust and V F Imagewear Inc. Legends Golf Inc. will assume responsibility for spring 2008 sales, design and manufacturing of future deliveries of all Byron Nelson Signature Collections and Eleven Straight Byron Nelson apparel lines. VF Imagewear Inc. will continue to ship current product and basic inventories until 10-31-2007, at that time Legends Golf Inc. will assume the entire Byron Nelson Collections Apparel Line. This will insure a seamless transfer without any interruption of business for our many accounts.”

Legends Golf Inc. manufactures and markets; The Harry Vardon Collection, classic men’s apparel of natural fibers, Vardon & Ray men’s performance fabrics reflecting market trends and Vardon, women’s apparel of classic elegance.

Legends Golf Inc. President Ray C. Ping stated, “We consider Byron Nelson to be a National Treasure, the opportunity to acquire his apparel license and continue his legacy is a serious responsibility. We intend to put all of our design, and product resources behind this line. Our mission is to deliver Byron Nelson life style brands reflecting the ideals of a very special gentleman. We intend to keep the majority of the Byron Nelson professional sales team in place.”
