(GPSI) (OTCBB:GPSN)(FWB:252179), a leading innovator of Wi-Fi wireless and GPS-enabled multimedia communications and management solutions for golf facilities and residential communities, has announced a technology and marketing partnership agreement with leading golf business software maker, Jencess Software & Technologies, Inc.
The agreement is designed to produce a seamless integration of GPSI's Inforemer Wi-Fi and GPS-enabled business solutions with Jencess' suite of industry-leading golf back-office and facility management software.
Jencess is one of the industry's largest and most-recognized golf management software companies around the world. The collaboration will create the industry's most comprehensive, flexible and robust one-stop solution for golf facilities, clubs and resorts. GPSI and Jencess will also jointly market and cross-promote the bundled solutions to Jencess' existing 900 golf course customers worldwide, as well as through GPSI's international distribution network.
