PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- Since 1999, State Farm Insurance Companies has maintained a partnership with The PGA of America and has offered all student-athletes who are participating in the PGA Minority Collegiate Golf Championship the opportunity to apply for the State Farm/PGA Minority Collegiate Golf Scholarship Program.
