JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Dec. 9, 2004 – Resort Clubs International, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: RCBN) has entered into a marketing alliance with McHenry Metals Golf, a national golf club manufacturer based in Jacksonville.

Under the agreement, RCBN will use its database to offer various cross promotions between the club manufacturer and its member programs. The initial promotion kicked off last week with a newspaper and radio campaign to attract new members to RCBN’s newest membership program, The Private Club Alliance. Under the new promotion, any existing or new member that purchases both the Epic Golf and Private Club Alliance membership will receive a new McHenry Metals wedge.
