Club Managers Association designates Club Car a Gold Partner

ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) is pleased to announce that Club Car has made a generous 5-year, $750K commitment through CMAA’s Corporate Advantage Program, and has been designated as a Gold Partner to CMAA and The Club Foundation. Club Car is CMAA’s second Corporate Advantage Partner.

CMAA’s Corporate Advantage Program is a collaborative effort between CMAA, The Club Foundation and fifteen (15) corporate entities who have demonstrated a leadership role within the club industry. The program creates a bridge between club management professionals and the companies most closely connected and committed to serving the club industry. The monetary commitments made by these select Corporate Advantage Partners support the professional development programs offered and funded by CMAA and The Club Foundation.

“CMAA is excited about Club Car’s commitment to the club management industry and the members of CMAA. This partnership with Club Car will ensure that CMAA and The Club Foundation can continue to offer the best resources and educational programming in the industry. It is our privilege to be partnered with an exceptional company like Club Car, and we look forward to a long and mutually-beneficial relationship,” said Jim Singerling, CCM, CEC, chief executive officer of CMAA and President of The Club Foundation.

“Club Car is proud to support CMAA and The Club Foundation in their efforts to strengthen the industry through educating and enriching the professionals who manage private clubs. We are also proud of the long legacy Club Car has in the industry, and anticipate great things through our relationship with CMAA and its members,” said Robert McElreath, vice president of Global Marketing at Club Car.

Club Car’s Gold Partnership will support select events at the CMAA World Conference on Club Management and provides funding for The Club Foundation’s Scholarship and Grants programs, helping further the education of future club managers. In addition, this relationship provides year round exposure for Club Car via activities connected to CMAA’s Leadership/Legislative Conference, National Committee Weekend and the National Club Championship.
