ORLANDO, Fla. – Dec. 8, 2004 – Par Development Corporation, formerly known as eMax Realty Group, Inc., and partly owned by eMax Holdings Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets:EMXC), has announced that it has signed a letter of intent to purchase the 289-acre Heitt Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado.
This development, designated as the Buffalo Mountain Private Residence Club & Golf Course, will include 350 condo-hotel suites, 350 multi-family townhouses, and 100 single-family golf course estate homes. Closing is anticipated within 60 to 90 days, and will bring the total acreage purchased in Silverthorne to over 481 acres. Construction is scheduled to start in the late spring of 2005 on the development located within 15 minutes drive to Colorado's top ski resorts: Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.
Gross revenues are anticipated to be significantly in excess of $1 billion dollars ($1,000,000,000.00). The hotel suites are being marketed as 28-day fractional ownerships. A top hotel management group will operate the facilities as a hotel destination resort similar to highly successful hotel water parks located in "The Dells" in Wisconsin http://www.dells.com.
eMax Alive Inc., another company partly owned by eMax Holdings, will provide seasonal entertainment to the hotel guests, homeowners, and visitors to the local ski areas and which will generate additional revenues and profits to eMax Alive Inc.
