Frogger Golf introduces new BrushPro cleaning tool for golf clubs

EMERALD HILLS, Calif. -- A golfer’s ability to pay attention to detail shows up on the scorecard every time. From golf swings, custom-fit clubs and balls to apparel’s high tech fabrics, the world’s best players – Tour players and top amateurs alike – are always looking for an edge to take their best shot.

With all the recent attention the U.S. Golf Association has given to the shape of grooves and their effect on ball accuracy, one thing is evident, clean grooves are a detail that matters. Frogger, a new golf company has paid close attention to that detail with the introduction of their revolutionary cleaning tool – BrushPro – that helps players of all skill levels take their best shot. BrushPro has been called groundbreaking both for its design and its ability to clean clubs and grooves in mere seconds.

“Golf towels are great for wiping away most dirt and grass on club surfaces but they don’t clean grooves effectively and that’s where BrushPro excels,” explained Jeremiah Bohannon, inventor of BrushPro and Frogger President.

BrushPro’s revolutionary Combo Bristles are engineered with interior phosphorous bronze and exterior nylon bristles that are hard on dirt and grass, but easy on clubs, towels, clothes and fingers. In addition, BrushPro comes with interchangeable 100% Nylon brush heads for forged clubs. These bristles outperform earlier styles because each bristle’s small diameter and thus denser population work similar to wire bristles.

“The iron game, especially with short irons and wedges, is all about accuracy,” Bohannon said. “You can’t ‘take your best shot’ with grooves that are embedded with dirt and grass.”
BrushPro comes with a retractable snap back cord that extends two and a half feet and securely attaches to golf bags for easy accessibility. In addition, BrushPro’s brush heads and groove cleaners are replaceable and cost less than many inferior brushes. Golfers can now own a proven product, be cost effective with replacement purchases and environmentally conscious at the same time.

The ergonomic design of BrushPro with “Comfort Fit” handles make cleaning clubs easy and the extendable groove cleaner is perfect for removing the most stubborn dirt and grass from grooves.

“Cleaning clubs typically happens when golfers pull out the appropriate club just before a shot,” Bohannon said. “With BrushPro, a player (or caddy) can clean clubs while walking down the fairway, therefore cutting playing time. A player or caddy simply grabs the BrushPro, easily extends it from the retractor, cleans the club and lets it snap back. This ensures clean clubs that are ready for the next shot without wasting any time.”

BrushPro is available in four attractive color schemes including orange, red, blue, and gray and carries a suggested retail price of $14.99, replacement brush heads for $4.99, and two replacement groove cleaners for only $3.99.
