Verplank trusted the New Pro V1 to earn the biggest and most emotional
victory of his career. A native Texan, Verplank secured a one-shot win at
the EDS Byron Nelson Championship over Pro V1x player Luke Donald.
Additional victories on the LPGA, Asian and Canadian Tours advance
Titleist's win count across the worldwide professional tours to 52, more
than seven times the nearest competitor with 7.
