December 3, 2004 Myrtle Beach, S.C. — Martin's Golf & Tennis Superstore in Myrtle Beach, S.C. has promoted Dave Wang to store manager. Wang's responsibilities will include managing the day to day operations of the Myrtle Beach store and maintaining Martin's reputation for a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Wang brings a solid background in sports retail to the company. He has a degree in sporting goods sales and management from Brainerd Community College in Minn. In addition, Wang worked in management for the Shopko Stores in Rochester, Minn. For the past six years, Wang has been employed at Martin's. He started in club sales and was then promoted to assistant manager of the North Myrtle Beach location.
