OK Christian no. one in Golf World/Nike Golf NAIA Coaches' Poll

NEW YORK -- The second Golf World/Nike Golf NAIA Coaches' Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II and III, will appear in the March 16 issue of Golf World and can be viewed online now at www.golfworld.com/menspoll.

Oklahoma Christian is No.1 in the poll, earning all seven first-place votes. The ranking is based on their fall play, in which they won three of four tournaments and lost the fourth in a playoff. The Eagles begin the spring season this week in Hawaii at the Kauai Collegiate Cup, then host the Sleep Inn & Suites Classic at the end of the month.

Rounding out the top five are: Oklahoma City (No.2); British Columbia (No.3); St. Ambrose (No.4); Point Loma Nazarene (No.5).
