SHELTON, Wash. -- Salish Cliffs Golf Club at Little Creek Casino Resort - the Squaxin Island Tribe's award-winning entertainment property located a convenient, scenic drive from Seattle and Olympia - hosts the 13th Annual Squaxin Island Museum Tournament on Monday, June 9.

The scramble-format tournament includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, two drink tickets per player, tee gift, and awards ceremony dinner. Registration is at 8 a.m. with a 10 a.m. shotgun start on the Gene Bates-designed course that has garnered numerous national accolades since opening in 2011.

The tax-deductible donation will be used to support mentorships, educational programs and job opportunities. Price is $1,000 per team, or $250 per player.

"Squaxin Island Museum, Library and Research Center is an important place for the Squaxin Island Tribe, reflecting on its history and helping build its future," said Salish Cliffs Head Professional David Kass, PGA. "This is a popular, worthy event that is of great benefit."
