NEW DELHI – Dec. 1, 2004 – Standard Chartered’s Cirque Selecte Golf Tournament saw Delhi’s top corporate honchos and businesspersons compete with each other at the Jaypee Greens on Monday. Held in association with Franklin Templeton, the Golf tournament was specially organised by Standard Chartered for their Priority Banking customers.

The Cirque Selecte Golf Tournament kicked off with more than 50 buddy teams teeing off in the morning. The tournament ended with a felicitation ceremony for the winners presided over by Vikram Issar, GM & Head, Wealth Management, Standard Chartered Bank and Ravi Mehrotra, President, Franklin Templeton India.

Among the players were Sanjay Sharma, Country Head - Swarovski India, Aditya Jain, CEO- Economist India, K Fujimoto, COO & Director Finance - Yamaha Motors India, Sanjeev Sharma, MD -Nokia and Bharat Hari Singhania of the JK Group to name a few.

The winning team walked away with a Rolling Trophy instituted by Standard Chartered Bank and a prize from Sahara Airlines. The second and third runner up teams bagged exciting prizes from Jaypee Hotels, Lladro & Taj Hotels.
