Karen Palacios-Jansen posts best golf fitness exercises of 2013

Award winning golf instructor Karen Palacios-Jansen has been writing and blogging about fitness and golf for more than 20 years. Her blog,, is geared towards golfers who are fitness minded. Over the next few weeks, Jansen will post her favorite articles, tips and exercises from 2013.

Jansen, who has written over 200 hundreds golf instructional articles in magazines such as Golf Digest, Golf for Women and Golf Fitness Magazine, uses her knowledge in golf instruction and fitness to design golf-specific exercises and routines for people to improve flexibility, strength, endurance and swing technique.
