"The South Florida PGA Section is excited about this new venture with The Honda Classic to bring more individuals into the game, to further enjoy the professional golf tournament experience and sample some of the best golf equipment available," said South Florida PGA Executive Director Kevin Marrone. The Play Golf America Expo is supported by Bridgestone Golf, Callaway Golf, Nicklaus Golf Equipment Company, Nike Golf and Titleist. Fans visiting the Play Golf America Expo will find golf equipment at the Haig Range and putting green, all of which will be on sale at a discounted price through the PGA National Golf Shop.

"We understand our challenges and need to make our product of tournament golf more appealing to fans of all ages and interests," said Honda Classic Executive Director Kenneth R. Kennerly. "Today, professional golf is in the entertainment business, and we must find ways to attract a diverse fan base, in order to continue our growth."

The Play Golf America Expo will feature PGA Professional Dave Maga, instructor at the PGA National Golf Digest Schools, who will present a Short Game Clinic at 1 p.m., Friday, March 2, followed by a Long Game Clinic, at 3 p.m., each on the Haig Range.
