LA QUINTA, Calif. -- The Humana Challenge, in partnership with the Clinton Foundation, celebrates its annual alliance with Coachella Valley-based Lumpy's, its official golf retail partner, with a special "Ticket Kick-Off" party on Nov. 1 from 1-6 p.m. at Lumpy's locations in Rancho Mirage and La Quinta.
Patrons will have an opportunity to participate in special activities to win Humana Challenge tickets and Cobra Golf and Puma Golf merchandise, and also take advantage of discounted Humana Challenge tickets.
Lumpy's invites patrons to play the Golf Simulator Challenge in-store. There, Lumpy's will, during each hour, award a pair of one-day tickets to Club 17 - the exclusive, scenic hospitality villa overlooking the 17th green at the Arnold Palmer Private Course at PGA WEST. Patrons will also have the option to purchase select Cobra Golf and Puma Golf products at a discount.
This special event is held in conjunction with Lumpy's annual tent sale, the golf retailer's largest sale of 2013. Lumpy's is the only ticket and merchandise retailer for the Humana Challenge, held Jan. 13-19 at the Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus Private Courses at PGA WEST and La Quinta Country Club. Lumpy's will continue to sell Humana Challenge tickets through tournament week.
