Oomba Inc. retains KemperLesnik for PR and sports marketing work

CHICAGO -- Oomba Inc., a specialized social media company that is creating an interactive social network for tournaments, leagues and teams, announced that it has retained KemperLesnik as its public relations and sports marketing agency.

KemperLesnik will utilize media and industry relations activities to launch the Oomba brand and generate awareness of oomba.com and oomba.tv, a live streaming platform for sports and games, throughout the sports and technology industries. The agency will also deliver sports marketing support to connect Oomba with leading sports leagues, associations and governing bodies within the sports world.

Oomba, a California-based start-up company, has created an interactive social media network for games, tournaments, leagues and teams through its customized software platform. The oomba.com technology can be utilized for all games and sports, from soccer and bowling to marathon running and video games.

Recently, the company launched oomba.tv to provide a live streaming platform to broadcast tournaments and events.

In addition, the 2013 EA SPORTS Maui Invitational will utilize oomba.tv technology to live stream post-game press conferences and various other tournament activities.
