Golfdotz golf ball tattoos gains following among professionals

CARY, Ill. -- It has been quite a year for Golfdotz on Tour. Back in March, Marcel Siem of Germany became the first Mens European Tour winner for the brand using a golfdotz German flag design in Morocco. In may Aussie Andrew Dodt became the first player in history to shoot two aces in one round during the Nordea Masters in Stockholm. Dodt was using Australian flag golfdotz and the Getty Images photo of him (and his dotz) went out world wide.

August saw teen phenom Lydia Ko clinch her historic Canadian Open win using golfdotz "Worlds Cutest Duck" design, and during Solheim Cup golfdotz users on both sides teed up. Gerina Piller proudly played Texas flag hearts, while Giulia Sergas used the Italian flag design.

September started in style with a double victory weekend. Rocco Mediate who is a big fan of golfdotz won the Shaw Charity Classic with golfdotz skulls, and flags adorning his clubs, while Gregory Bourdy of France with a stunning finish, gave golfdotz another European Tour win using a French flag design at the ISPS Handa Wales Open.

More to come?

"With more and more players discovering our product through their colleagues, or one of our Tour reps, I am really hoping our first Major victory is not too far off "said David Poole, president of Transfer Studio and creator of the product. "We have players asking for custom as well, and have done some pretty cool designs for them, look closely when you are watching, you never know."
