EWGA welcomes Preferred Golf as its newest Supporting Partner

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- The EWGA (Executive Women's Golf Association), a trend-setting organization that offers current and aspiring business and professional women the ability to develop real connections through meetings on the course, is pleased to welcome Preferred Golf as its newest Supporting Partner. Preferred Golf is the ultimate collection of international travel destinations for avid golfers, offering members-only benefits at more than 70 of the world's most sought-after golf resorts.

"We have used Preferred Golf's services for the planning and booking of national events for the past several years, especially our On-Course Events," says CEO, Pamela Swensen. "The collection's great deals and excellent benefits have made it easy to cater to all our travel needs. We are excited to have them on board as our newest Supporting Partner."

As part of the newly formed supporting partnership, Preferred Golf is offering all EWGA members a complimentary one-year Preferred Golf membership ($295 value), which provides one complimentary round of golf with each consecutive two-night stay at participating Preferred Golf properties, among other personalized planning services.

The EWGA Foundation's Women On ParĀ® scholarship program, which offers women the opportunity to gain empowerment through beginning or continuing their educational studies, was a major inspiration in Preferred Golf's pursuance of the partnership. In addition to the complimentary memberships, nine Preferred Golf properties are extending further support of the partnership by donating Play & Stay packages to benefit the Women on ParĀ® scholarship: Sea Island; Mauna Kea Beach Hotel; The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort; The Coeur d' Alene Resort; Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort and Spa; Innisbrook, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort; Reunion Resort, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort; Hammock Beach, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort; and Kingsmill Resort.

With more than 14,000 members worldwide, the EWGA continues to expand and carry out its mission of connecting women to learn, play and enjoy the game of golf and is dedicated to driving success, on and off the course. The addition of Preferred Golf as its newest Supporting Partner will further aid in creating greater awareness of the positive benefits EWGA has to offer.
