Resort Clubs International merges with Galliano International

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Nov. 30, 2004– Resort Clubs International, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: RCBN) has announcd that it has completed a merger with Galliano International, Ltd. The new symbol for Resort Clubs International, Inc. is RCBN, trading on the Over-The-Counter Pink Sheet market. Terms and conditions of the merger were not disclosed.

Robert Johnson, Resort Clubs International, Inc., President and CEO, commented: “We are very excited about the opportunity to grow our business model that has worked successfully over the last decade in Jacksonville. With the financial strength of a public company we will expand our current programs into five additional markets in 2005 and introduce our National Membership Program that allows members from one region to travel to other resort areas to play golf at member rates. Last year over $26 billion was spent by the traveling golfer with no major player controlling the market.”

Mr. Johnson also noted, “Our target market, the traveling golfer, represents the highest demographic profile in the U.S. and is passionate about 1his avocation. Give him an opportunity to pursue his passion and money is no object.

“Since our National Membership program is based on exclusivity and limited availability, we believe our 21,000 company database of avid golfers will provide the initial membership base to be successful,” added Mr. Johnson.

About Resort Clubs International, Inc.
Resort Clubs International, Inc. is a 10-year-old golf membership company operating under Epic Golf Club and Private Club Alliance. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, it has existing contracts with 23 golf courses in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. These contracts allow RCII members to play at ‘member rates’ when they travel.

The contracted clubs share in the RCII membership sales to offset the value given to the member. With our unique profit sharing plan we are able to create a financial loyalty with our contracted clubs. RCII pioneered the external membership concept and has continued to update its offerings based on the demands of the golf courses, consumers and market conditions.
