The Grill on the Green restaurant earns highest industry rating

TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Grill on the Green restaurant in Green Valley has earned the well-recognized AAA Triple Diamond rating, the highest available AAA rating for the restaurant industry.

Earning a Diamond Rating means that the restaurant has undergone a rigorous evaluation process. AAA's Diamond Rating System is the most respected restaurant rating system in the industry. Having a Diamond Rating tells diners about the quality of facilities and services they can expect. AAA Approved Restaurants undergo a rigorous two-part Diamond Rating Process to be included with the 28,000 restaurants throughout the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Mexico with this distinguished rating.

“It is an honor for us to receive the Triple Diamond Award," said Bob McMahon, Founder and CEO of Metro Restaurants, the parent company of The Grill on the Green. "AAA is a highly respected organization, and we are pleased to have another one of our restaurants earning this award. It shows how much hard work our staff & management has put forth to provide a superior dining experience for our customers.”

The restaurant was designated with a three out of five Diamond AAA rating based on the quality of service and amenities provided. Grill on the Green’s three Diamond rating indicates the restaurant employs a professional chef, a skillfully prepared menu, and an expanded international and regional wine menu. Refined dining room service as well as updated décor and design with a distinct theme all show that The Grill on the Green is deserving of entry into this fine dining status.

The Grill on the Green joins many of the other Metro Restaurants who hold the coveted three Diamond ratings: McMahon’s Prime Steakhouse, City Grill, Metro Grill Park Place, Metropolitan Grill, and both Old Pueblo Grille Alvernon and Old Pueblo Grille Foothills.

Set in the breathtaking Santa Rita Mountain Range in Green Valley, The Grill on the Green offers contemporary American cuisine for lunch and dinner as well as patio dining that is second to none. The clubhouse bar is now open for Happy Hour Sunday through Thursday from 3pm to 8pm and Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 9pm. The Grill on the Green is located at 5800 S. Camino del Sol in Green Valley. Reservations can be made by calling 399-1933.
