Fourteen Golf RM-12 wedges earn top-10 finish at PGA Tour AT&T

IRVINE, Calif. -- Fourteen Golf, a global leader in the development of golf equipment design, announced that the company enjoyed another successful PGA Tour Tournament. This past weekend at the PGA Tour AT&T, the Golf Digest "Hot List" award winning Fourteen Golf RM-12 Wedges were played to control Congressional County Club's greens and to close another Top-10 finish.

According to Fourteen Golf COO Marcy Kamoda, "This PGA Professional played our RM-12 Wedges to set up birdie putts repeatedly. On Sunday he celebrated six birdies but a couple of bogeys kept him from taking the title. I know he is getting close to a PGA Tour victory."

The PGA Professional and Fourteen Golf enthusiast played RM-12 Wedges in a 50-degree loft with 12-degree bounce and a 60-degree loft at the PGA Tour AT&T. The highly engineered RM-12 provided this PGA Professional precision with optimal speed to hold the Congressional greens. This is his third Top-10 finish of the 2013 PGA Tour season and his first Top-10 finish for the event.

"Our exclusive trapezoidal grooves help golfers to control their shots. These enlarged grooves impart the ideal spin," added Kamoda. The uniquely shaped trapezoidal grooves featured on the RM-12 Wedges have been enlarged by 15% as compared to other Fourteen Golf wedges. This increase in overall groove volume enhances spin retention particularly on partial shots. In addition, these high quality grooves perform well in both dry and wet conditions.

The 60-degree RM-12 Wedge is unlike the other lofted RM-12 Wedges as they feature a T-Sole, also known as a Twin Sole. A distinct ridge in the middle portion of the sole allows the club to get through any type of lie easily as the leading edge is able to slide under the club effortlessly. Additionally, when the club face is open, the back portion of the sole encourages the ball to pop up with the perfect amount of spin.

In addition to the vast amount of professional golfers playing Fourteen Golf equipment, the company has a professional Fourteen Golf staff team which includes PGA Professionals John Mallinger, Arjun Atwal, Ryuji Imada and Chad Collins.
